Q: Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship products worldwide each day and have customers in every corner of the globe.


Q: How long does shipping take?  

  • Items will be processed and shipped within 5 days of purchase. Items will deliver within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on destination. You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships, with tracking information.
  • We  do not offer refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but trust us that it is worth the wait.


Q: How much is the shipping cost?

  • You can view the shipping cost upon checkout and you can select your preferred shipment with estimated delivery period.
  • We offer a variety of couriers, from international couriers such as DHL / UPS, to domestic couriers such as Ninja Van.


Q: Can I pay in my own currency?

  • All of our prices on our website is by default in USD (US Dollars). Your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction. 
  • You can shop with your country's currency with the converter located on the bottom of the website homepage. This allows you to checkout and pay in local currency when you select using currency converter on site.

 
Q: Where are your products from? 

  • Our products are thoughtfully designed in the cosmopolitan, modern hub of Singapore, taking inspiration from across the globe.
  • Most of our products are manufactured in highly-certified factories in China that uphold strict quality standards, unless stated otherwise on the product information page.


    Q: Where are you currently based and do you have a brick-and-mortar store anywhere? 

    • We are based in Singapore and we do not have a brick-and-mortar store.

    Q: How can I track my order?  
    • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number when it becomes available from the couriers.  


      Q: What is your return policy?

      • We stand firmly behind our products.  Please see 'Refund Policy' page for specific details.


      Q: I didn't receive all of my items at once. 

      • Sometimes our items are shipped separately to reduce the shipping costs. Be rest assured that you will receive all your items. 


      Q: Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

      • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at contactkeithandkara@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem.
      • If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange any items if you do not wish to keep after you receive them. Please see 'Return Policy' page for specific details.

        • Keith+Kara adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
        • Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
