Q: Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship products worldwide each day and have customers in every corner of the globe.
Q: How long does shipping take?
- Items will be processed and shipped within 5 days of purchase. Items will deliver within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on destination. You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships, with tracking information.
- We do not offer refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but trust us that it is worth the wait.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
- You can view the shipping cost upon checkout and you can select your preferred shipment with estimated delivery period.
- We offer a variety of couriers, from international couriers such as DHL / UPS, to domestic couriers such as Ninja Van.
Q: Can I pay in my own currency?
- All of our prices on our website is by default in USD (US Dollars). Your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.
